MySpeedResume provides a service where users can enter their personal information into a form, after which a résumé (curriculum vitae) is automatically generated and made available for digital download (PDF or other formats).

4. Digital Delivery and No Refund Policy

By purchasing our service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The final product (résumé) is a digital file delivered immediately after payment.
- All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, once delivery has commenced, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be granted.
- You authorize MySpeedResume to begin providing the service immediately upon payment, thereby waiving any applicable right of withdrawal under consumer protection laws.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are clearly stated on the website in U.S. dollars (USD) and include any applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified. Payment must be made in advance via the payment methods offered on the website. Delivery will occur only after successful payment authorization.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The résumé service is generated automatically based on the information you provide. MySpeedResume is not responsible for:
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the information you enter;
- Any consequences, including but not limited to unsuccessful job applications, resulting from the use of the résumé;
- Temporary or permanent unavailability of the service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TVL ENTERTAINMENT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat (place) of arbitration shall be Brussels, Belgium, unless the parties agree in writing to conduct the proceedings remotely. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the ICC Rules. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
